Individual Counselling
One on one sessions serving children, adolescent, and adult populations.

Group Therapy
Small, face to face groups that meet weekly to talk, gain and provide support, as well as learn new coping skills. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, groups are currently on hold.

Workshops
Small, one or two session group workshops on a variety of topics, which include education, application, and development of coping skills. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic face to face workshops are currently on hold.
Due to COVID 19 pandemic, some services offered are currently only over secure video or telephone platforms.

Using a collaborative, strength-based, integrative approach, service is provided to meet the needs of individuals and families.
Evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), solutions focused therapy (SFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), person centered therapy and mindfulness based approaches, are used in order to meet individual client needs.
